no i do not because some students may be pass with good grades and are just not good at doing test, some people sometimes get all nerves and choc on tests

Why do you think that students taking the HSPA are not allowed to have cell phones during the test?

because cell phones can cause big distractions while taking the test. also they can sometimes cheat by texting the answers to each other

i dont even know why they postpone the HSPA but i guess it as i good idea
